What is a mid-term rental?
A mid-term rental (sometimes called an extended stay or monthly rental) is a fully furnished home you book for 30 nights or more. It sits in the sweet spot between a hotel and a 12-month lease. You get a real kitchen, real laundry, a real neighborhood, and one simple booking instead of a pile of paperwork. No utility setup, no furniture truck, no long-term commitment.

Where you will be
We are in a quiet suburban neighborhood of Mt. Juliet, TN with quick access to I-40. Roughly 30 minutes to downtown Nashville, 25 minutes to Nashville International Airport (BNA), 15 minutes to Lebanon, 20 minutes to Opryland, 25 minutes to Gallatin via HWY 70 to HWY 109, 35 minutes to Smyrna, and less than 5 minutes to the lake. If your assignment is anywhere in Wilson, Davidson, Sumner, or Rutherford county, the commute math works.
Two private units, pick what fits
Private Escape (downstairs): 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, sleeps up to 4. Family friendly, with a private back deck, year-round stream, and cozy fireplace.
Private Oasis (upstairs): 2 bedrooms with a lofted king master, 1 bathroom, sleeps up to 3. The master is reached by a ladder, so for safety we do not allow young children (under 12) in this unit.
